3 part process, first you are sent a link where you record a series of answers questions up to 2mins to answer. You can delete and re-record if needed. Then there's a phone interview 30mins mostly experience questions with 2 behavioral questions. 3rd is a video interview with the manager where there will be more behavioral questions (easy practical questions). Everyone has been very transparent about the job, warm, and friendly
