HR was very unorganized, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I was called three times to reschedule the interview, one of the three times as I was arriving for the interview. When I arrived for the scheduled interview, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time because the HR rep was "overbooked". I was then told that my interview would have to be cut short because there was a conference call scheduled in 30 minutes. Two of the three individuals interviewing me actually had their cell phones out, preoccupied by whatever was going on, on their phones. One individual answered his phone in the middle of the interview. I have only been to a handful of interviews in my life, as my 20+ year career has been spent with two companies, but I have to say, this was the most disorganized HR department I have ever dealt with and the most inconsiderate bunch of managers. Not a distribution center I would want to work for. They preached employee engagement during the interview, but have no clue how to treat a candidate.
