The process was clear and pretty relaxed overall. First, I had a 15-minute call with the recruiter. They explained the company, and the different products they’re building. It sounds like they’re growing fast and working on a lot of things at the same time. The second stage was the main interview with the head of product i wouldve been working under. It felt like a conversation, we talked about my background, how I work in teams, how I deal with feedback, and how I think about building products. They asked about my favourite app and there were a couple of problem-solving questions to see how I think.
