I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Serco Group (Thāne) in Mar 2013
Interview
It was easy, quite formal interview process, as it was a pilot project, the questions were general questions, they asked questions if I would be able to fit in their project and thier requirements, I was also asked to clear any doubts if I had, the distribution channel and supply chain process was explained so I can choose that job or not. The interviewer was crisp with questions and made us feel quite relaxed so at a point it didnt feel as if it was an real interview as such, it just looked like formal metting.
