I interviewed for the position of Business Development Associate at Sermo in Barcelona office. Firstly, I was asked to fill in kind of logical reasoning test. Afterwards, the interview with HR person was rather mundane. There was no excitmnet from their side, the questions were as any other average interview questions. I never receiveda any feedback from the intervieweer after multiple emails and calls which is very unprofessional.

Fairly straightforward. Had an interview with recruiter and then three more interviews with upper management respectively. Each lasted about 30 mins. All very engaging, and genuinely interested in you/your background and how best you can fit in with team

Interview
It was extremely long over the curse of 2 weeks if not more. First I was contacted for a zoom meeting. I was then made to complete an intelligence test. After the intelligence test I was told that I need to record an introduction video on LinkedIn. And finally I was invited to a speed interview with several team leaders.
