I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Servpro Industries
Interview
Initially, I was corresponding back and forth with the franchise owner via email. She asked if I was able to come in for an in-person interview. When I got there the owner was not present and I interviewed with her project manager. It was not long and seemed to be more of a conversation than an interview. Then followed up with some basic questions. After 30 minutes or so, the project manager gave me some positive feedback, said he felt like this would be a "great fit", and seemed pleased. Then told me the owner will reach back out to me. That was 3 months ago. I attempted to reach back out to her twice, through email, without any response.
