Interview
I applied for an Assist. Digital Producer position back in the Spring of 2023, and made it to the last round of interviews (to interview with the CEO).
However, I never heard any communication to schedule the interview despite reaching out multiple times to confirm. I assumed they found another candidate and moved on.
Earlier in 2024, I was approached via email by the Managing Director to resume the application process as they were eager to hire on a new project manager/digital producer. I learned that the first time I was ghosted due to the founder sadly passing. I received a professional apology, and next had a phone interview with the CEO. Then I had an in-person panel interview with major decision-makers. Afterward, I briefly chatted with the CEO to relay salary and start date expectations.
I received email confirmation that I would be told the next steps a few days after the interviews, however, it's been over three weeks and I've received no response despite sending another email.
This company seems to be very disorganized. Twice they've shown a keen interest in me, only to not follow up. I don't mind if they found another candidate, but the fact that they proactively reached out to me and had me come in for interviews only to not respond makes me think they need to re-evaluate their communications, internal structure, and approach to recruitment.
Overall, this makes me question the company's overall reliability, transparency and professionalism.

Interview
Confortable and easy going team interview. More like a conversation than a strict process. People was friendly and listen to what me needs where. They also explain in detail the position.
