Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.

Very short, straight to the point. The interview itself only took about 10 minutes. I knew what questions were going to be asked so I wasn’t too nervous. Passed the interview with flying colors, got hired and took my drug test the next day.

If you notice one of your coworkers are struggling with something, would you help them out or continue to finish your task?
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
