Interview
1. phone call interview - they asked pretty basic questions and questions on general knowledge. eg environment or R&D
2. SRD - entire day process, 3 segments. first case study. they can ask about anything under the sun so just deliver macro ideas and be confident. second segment is a group case where the group has to work together. ths segment is particularly fast paced and the group would probably discuss at a very fast pace. last part is a technical interview/presentation. doesnt matter which you choose but if presentation make sure its clear and easily understandable.

dont worry about the srd being very stressful because while it may be, the environment is set to be very encouraging. just go with an open mind to learn and to show what youre capable of! the HR took very good care of the candidates and they really made that all of us we as comfortable as possible. so take it as a learning experience!
