I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

Took 2 online assessments and submitted my resume. Took another few months before I was scheduled for a phone interview. I passed the phone interview and was then invited to a Shell Recruitment Day in Houston, TX. You are asked to complete an eTray assessment which consists of a multiple choice section and a written section. Then, you have an interview about the eTray which you took. After that, you work on a group to solve a problem. You have a competency based interview, then a case study to complete. Challenging interview on all accounts.

The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
