I was told that they would be interview about 15-20 people for the position. Initial interview was a 30 minute phone call with the hiring attorney, They told me that the process would involve in person interviews with different people in the legal department after that.

They asked a lot about experience and how my I thought my law firm experience would translate
It was a very exciting and thrilling process. It was very thorough and you have to be the best to get through the interview process. Proper preparation will be able to get you through though.
Online, short and everyone answers same thing. Try to answer pro company and not pro self or pro morals. Put them first and you have a better chance. It’s rigged though, try and have connection before you apply or hold God well.
