The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in May 2012
Interview
Went to a campus career fair and talked to the recruiter there. I made a good impression on him and he assured me he'd pass my resume on. Set up a phone interview for a few weeks later. Basic behavioral questions, lasted about a half hour. Heard back about a week later that they wanted to set up an interview with the district manager, but first they wanted me to have a store visit. They give you a packet of questions they want you to ask the store manager, so the visit was pretty easy (asking additional questions is a bonus).
After the store visit, I set up an interview with the district manager. Lasted about 40 minutes. He told me to wait outside after we were finished and when he came out, he offered me the job.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams
Interview
The first interview was online, and you were able to redo your responses. It was through a 3rd party interview website. There were around 8 questions, and many of them were fairly basic.

Question 1
They asked me what was a time where I stood up as a leader in a team?
I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
Easy, and straight forward. There was one hirevue, then you have to schedule a store visit, and then there was one interview with district manager on teams . Good communication during interview process with recruiter.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
It was very informal and depends who you are interviewing with. Make sure to list all of things you will being to the team and the company. It was not bad.
