I found the job-posting on Workopolis, and after few days I received a call from the store.
The interview was held at the store office with a store manager. He made me feel very comfortable. It was about 20-25 minutes long, where I was appropriately questioned. The manager was willing to answer my questions as well. After the interview I was asked to apply for a job online. After I submitted my resume I had to wait approximately for a month to receive an employment offer.

Hire Vue interview easy. Once you fill out the application, in the same day you get the link you have 7 days to complete it. I passed my virtual interview moving on to the phone interview

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
