I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Nov 2017
Interview
I met with representatives from Sherwin Williams Automotive Finishes at a university career fair and I had my first interview about 2 weeks after. The initial interview lasted approximately 40 minutes and it was quite casual as well as informational. The two reps that I interviewed with referred me to reps in another area that I was interested in working in. I was in contact with those reps within hours and we scheduled a second interview. The second interview lasted much longer than the first (almost 2 hours) and the majority of the interview was getting to know each other and delving into specific details about company and position that weren't covered in the initial interview. The reps I interviewed with were great and made the interview a stress-free, enjoyable experience. I got to sit down and talk to an employee who was in the same position I applied for which was a nice touch. I received an offer about 10 days later.

Question 1
The first interview involved some STAR questions such as "tell us about a time when you had to overcome adversity?" The second interview focused more on career goals and personal characteristics.

Interview
Through and fair. Went over past experiences and relevant positions held. Also went over schooling and education plus related skills learned there as well. Also discussed soft skills possessed that would assist with the transition into the positions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Portland, OR)
Interview
Applied online. Waited almost a month and got contacted by a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview for a week later. That went well and then I scheduled a store visit, but that took a week because the store manager was on vacation. After that, I followed up with the recruiter, who then scheduled me for an interview with the district manager about 3 weeks later. I showed up to the interview, dressed well, spoke well, and holding relevant experience. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and the entire time the manager felt disinterested and distracted. At the end of the interview he followed by saying there are a lot of applicants and he would make his decision within 3 weeks.

Interview
Great process and fast feedback. Started with a phone interview and then an in store tour before having a one on one interview. Based around customer service experience and working with coworkers to resolve problems.
