I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
No such thing as an interview, you are selling yourself. This is a sales presentation type atmosphere. They do not hire based on who is the most qualified, they hire based off the type of profile corporate is looking for at that specific time.
A multi stage hiring process, very basic behavioural questions. First round starts with your sales manager; second round with the District Sales Manager, and then a panel interview with VP of sales & HR. I also had to prepare a territory plan and present it to my sales manager.

The interview was intercompany and was conducted via teams. Didnt feel like it mattered as the decision was made prior to the interview. Afterwords it took a while to get the response back I was looking for.
