I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Butler, PA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I met the District Manager at a college job fair, and a few months later he called me and did a brief phone interview. The phone interview was straight forward just about myself and my skill set. Then I did another phone interview with an HR person same thing very straight forward. Then I had a face to face interview with the District Manager at his office, that was more of a personality interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you feel about handling difficult customers?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
