I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2011
Interview
I met with an area recruiter on campus twice before being referred to the district manager. The district manager will then have you visit two stores to ensure the work environment is a mutual fit. You will then meet with the district manager again to be presented with an offer to either accept or decline.

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
