Interview
Round 1 with HR was soft pitch and pleasant. Round 2 was with a relatively new-hire sales leader with great sales experience who appeared to be going through the motions and peppering with questions more than listening and responding.
I attended screening round after submitting the online application. Generally after one to two weeks. But i felt the process was not clear enough, but I can feel the stressful environment after layoff.
Game then screening the. discovery and then life story. Nothing too complex but unnecessary steps. The interviewer were wanna be entrepreneurs who are far from that. That is the overall process.

Interview
They asked basic questions and was a fact collecting session vs an interview. Not personable experience with interviewer. Would not recommend if any insight into company behaviors. Long interview process with many steps, recommend one ensures they really want the role before committing to process.
