Competency-based interview like a graduate interview and the common interview questions. However, the probing will test if your answers are true and honest. I was given some time at the end of the interview to have a friendly chat - beware, this is the perfect opportunity to talk yourself out of the job. I waited for the question and just answered the questions, rather than trying to strike a conversation and give them some ammunition.
It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
The first interview was with the Project Supervisor that briefed me on the role. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and professional. I was put at ease through the process
