I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Signet Jewelers (Spokane, WA) in Jun 2011
Interview
Applied online and called by Store Manager a few days later. Three different interviews with two Store Managers and a District Manager over a two month period. The interviews were pretty long and tedious, a lot of the questions were very similar and not very difficult to answer. A lot of information was given about the company by the Store Manager. The training that the new hires get sounded promising and was really emphasized during the interview. I was offered a part time position to start in the fall for the Holiday Season.

Interview questions weren't very difficult to answer and consisted of a lot "Tell me about".........situations.
I interviewed at Signet Jewelers (Douglasville, GA)
Interview
Applied online, called their location to follow up after a few days and was asked if I had brought my resume in for review. I had not received any communication from them, so I wasn't aware this was a step they required applications to do. When I asked the best time of day to come in, the woman laughed and told me to "figure it out."
The questions were easy and very general interview questions, first with store manager then a personality test that you need to get good marks then they call you to offer the job and best time to apply is September that they start hiring for Christmas and you can get a permanent position
Generally easy good natured interview. If you have good customer service skills it’s a breeze. Come armed with good examples of your experience and they do a role play example.
