Interview
Initial contact was prompt and very positive, with the recruiter letting me know they were very excited to meet with me and set up an in person interview and bench test. However, all contact fell through after that I never heard anything back aside from a few texts delaying the interview.

Question 1
Spend two minutes explaining to me any topic you have a lot of knowledge in.
I had a sit down interview with the district manager due to the recent shop manager change. I did not do a bench due to agreeing started as an experience due to lack of experience working on merchandise.
The process is pretty smooth. All the questions are reasonable. Just be honest and share your true level about working ability. They will set up a visit to the work place and you will know what to expect.
