Company ghosted after first interview... Received interview request 6 weeks after application. Interviewed with recruiter, had a good conversation and discussed next stage with hiring manager would be confirmed within 2 days. Sent thank you note to recruiter 2 days after interview. 7 business days had passed before I sent another note confirming next interview/steps. It's now been 3 weeks since interview with no response from recruiter via email or LinkedIn.
