Silicon Valley Bank Associate Associate Development Program interview questions

Each stage was typical to what you would expect at other company’s adjacent programs. The interviewers spent time genuinely getting to know you and asked straight forward questions. I greatly appreciated the interviewers answering questions returned back to them honestly, and in depth.

First interview was with hiring manager who was asking competency-based and motivational questions to assess candidates motivation applying for the program, for instance how skills from relevant experience would benefit them in the program. Then followed last stage assessment centre, where all candidates were given P&L case study and were asked questions afterwards, then followed 3 rounds of interviews with senior management who were asking mainly value-based questions and some of them were situational questions meaning that how candidate would act in a certain job situation
