I had an interview with the recruiter, then an interview with 2 people, I'm assuming the people I would've been reporting to meaning the manager. Then after that interview I was told to create graphics based on a website given to me by the person I would be reporting to. I sent in the graphics to those two people and had the recruiter CC'ed. But the recruiter was the person who responded and told me I got the job, and then asked me when could I get on a call with the HR department to finalize everything. It was at that point, plus looking at all of the reviews stating that no one gets paid on time or at all, and that the higher ups are unprofessional, that I didn't want to take the chance and find out if those reviews were accurate. The second call I did feel like was a little unprofessional, The person I'm assuming I would be reporting to was like laid back in his chair, cussing during the interview, and really didn't seem particularly interested when speaking to me. He was also late coming into the call and it was just me and the other recruiter sitting in silence, and I tried talking to her but she was just as awkward as me so that went no where. I don't know it was a weird experience and nothing about it made me want to continue to see if he reviews about the company were true or not.
