Simplot Company Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Applied online, 8 weeks later had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, 2 weeks later got scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. The manager mostly told me how the team worked, the challenges they face as a technical department in an Agricultural company. Asked me a little bit about my experience. Got scheduled the next day for an on site panel interview. Panel interview was strange, they didn't really ask many questions. The panel was saying a lot of inside jokes and laughing lot so it seemed pretty loose. They didn't really ask me any questions about my abilities, so I probed into what they thought they keys to success were in the position. I thought things went ok. Overall an odd experience for an on site management interview.
