I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Six Flags (Arlington, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
There were several steps to the interview process. Check in, application review, first interview, second interview. All on the same day. It is more of an attempt to look professional rather than an actual interview. Also, prepare to wait. My scheduled interview was at noon but I didn't see the first interviewer until an hour and twenty minutes after that.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Six Flags (Atlanta, GA) in May 2023
Interview
Round table. It was a group of 5 of us. Personally I do not mind group interviews, oddly enough they make me more comfortable to know that others are also just as nervous as me. I did well considering the job was offered to me.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Six Flags (Agawam, MA) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was the most straightforward interview imaginable, as it asked a few questions about your experience and strengths. It was short with only one interview and a job offer at the end.
