Sky IT Group interview questions

The interview was with HR and then the CEO They are trying and keep posting "Senior Django Rest Developer" for 25 dollars per hour. They either do not know what does senior means or they are not serious and have no serious project that they post their job at this rate. There is another job post from them in indeed. It is "Python developer team lead (student)" STUDENT vs TEAM LEAD!

They'll make you do a test, however there is no definite goal what they are aiming at. Despite the want of a 3D, there is no technical direction specified. basically a shot in the dark. i somehow feel like they just want mockup designs since there is no commitment contract.
