Very easy, was just asked about previous experience with sports and kids. No need to prepare, more of an assessment of character or can you be trusted with responsibility of kids.

You have an online interview with one of the area managers. Very basic interview and the questions are not too hard. As long as you have coached before and have a good understanding about sports you will be fine.
There was 1 phone interview from the manager. It took about 30 minutes and was my first interview ever and got the offer. Was easy emend when’s heheh start dhdndn ended shdjdj when’s shejdj shejd
