The person interviewing was not fully aware of the role and told me she might not abe able to nswer all of my questions. She talked most of the time about her background and her contract status. The interview was supposed to last 30 minutes, and it ended up lasting 90 minutes. I was not offered a second interview. I was told she believed I could do the job. I had the background and the experience. However, bc the interview went over 30 minutes, she questioned if I would be able to manage my time within the role. I have been recruiting for many years. As a sourcer or screener, you should always control the interview. If the person is not a fit w/i the first 15 minutes, you'll know.
