I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Feb 2018
Interview
I had been with Slalom previously and the interview for returning to the company was easy. I met with one of the Managing Directors and it was like I had never left! He started off by saying how great it was to see me and he was happy to have me rejoin.

Thanks for taking a minute to share a review of your experience (re)interviewing with Slalom. The MD was right - we love our Slalom family and are so happy to see that you chose to return! We hope your positive experience as a candidate carries through to a very positive experience as a returning employee. Welcome back!
Other Senior Consultant Interview Reviews for Slalom
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Interview
Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
