Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Oct 2018
Interview
My resume was passed on by a co-worker, and they called me for an interview. I was never told which position I was interviewing for until the whole process was over. I was led to believe there were a few different positions they were considering me for. After the interviews were over, I was told that I had been interviewing for the position of "Solution Owner" which had been described to me as someone who can fill the roles of: Scrum Master + Product Owner + Business Analyst + Program Manager. I don't see any way one person could be effective trying to play all those roles simultaneously unless it was at a very small company, which Slalom isn't, so when that role was mentioned I didn't try to sell myself for it. They should have been clear from the beginning about the fact that that was the role they were considering me for. Also they mentioned that they had other openings which I would have been more well suited to, but I never got the chance to interview for one of them.

- Phone screen with recruiter
- Technical screen (30min - agile terms, ceremonies, etc.)

Interview
When I interviewed with slalom UK, I really enjoyed the interview process. It was easy, smooth, direct, professional and the best by far I have ever had in the UK.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Dec 2021
Interview
The process was easily the quickest one I've been through in the software industry. There was a phone screening, a round of interviews with two people I'd be working with, and a case study interview that I was given information to prepare for ahead of time. The whole process took about a month from first contact to start date.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about potential risks in the case study, what metrics would be most important, how I would communicate with stakeholders etc.
