Interview
Following a casual meeting at a conference, I was invited to meet with a Talent Manager, then one to one interviews with Practice Lead, Practice Director, and General Manager. Generally very casual, not quite informal, but made me feel enthusiastic about the company.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
