Started by going to the Apres event, then had a formal interview with recruiter (excellent), met/interviewed separately with 4 different people in the practice, 1 group case study, and a final interview with the Managing Director. Took several months, but each encounter was quality!

Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
