Smart Currency Exchange interview questions

Was approached by a recruiter. Quickly arranged a first stage interview with head of people and CPO. Very easy interview with some basic behavioural questions not really assessing leadership abilities or strategic thinking. A week of silence followed by they are looking for a different “profile”. Pretty poor quality of feedback for this type of role.

Call with the recruiter to go over role and experience. Teams/Zoom with the team leader for more detailed chat, go over experience and fit. If they feel you would be a fit, they bring you for an in person interview and to present a case study. If everything goes well, final stage is call/interview with MD.
