Hiring process hardly works. I was able to talk to recruiter for prescreening after a few attempts. I answered a super long questionnaire prior to submitting my profile to the hiring manager. Recruiter hasn't shared any update after that prescreening call. I wonder why recruiter didn't share any update after wasting time with prescreening calls. Terrible process.
