Typical recruiting process. Recruiter screen, manager screen, call with their manager, and then a panel interview.
Generally a positive experience with the team, but the follow up and expectations have left a bad taste in my mouth.
I've been through the panel round for 3 separate roles, and each time I was verbally led to believe I would be offered or moved to the next round.
Each time I would get radio silence for anywhere from 1-3 weeks and then a form rejection email and a lack of responses from the team. Overall it's led to a terrible experience on a personal and professional level.

It was a great experience and the interviewers were nice and welcoming. They asked very open ended questions that prompted a well rounded conversation. It was very smooth and easier than expected

What makes you want to have this job?
