Good. Interviewers are nice. They will provide hints when you are not able to answer the questions. Overall experience is good. I just did not prepare well. ML question is quite basic.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (Venice, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very simple research interview. I was referred so I was not put through a few of the preliminary recruitment steps. The process was very casual and well-facilitated. I ended up interviewing with three people over google hangouts then came in and did a presentation on my research. They were very kind to me and made sure I felt comfortable. No suit required for these interviews! -- tech startup here.
