First Process: (A game within a GD)
A game is conducted for a group of 12 to 15 members.
Each member is given a clue to solve the game.
Communication, team work, decision making skills and Quick thinking are tested
Second Process: (Personal interview)
The interviewer will just ask one question (Ex: Impress me), and then the interviewer starts to get distracted or concentrates on mobile phone until a good moment interests or impresses him

Interview
I was called for the selection process, which was very time consuming. Timing given was 11-5 but process started around 12:30 with form filling. Then an 12 min online test was held, but due to running time,later only GD was taken and then interview. Topic in GD was E-commerce in India. Results were declared via email late night.
