You apply online and sometimes they get back quickly and sometimes takes longer. I applied and got reply very soon. They are decent people and ask questions like any other company and gives a chance to be wrong at some places.

Well formulated process. The recruiters know what skills they want. High transparency in JD and roles and responsibilities. The filtering process was smooth and so was the interview process.
