SoftWriters, Inc. interview questions

The interview process was well structured and highly professional. First, there was the standard high-level discussion with the recruiter - less than 30 minutes. Second was the interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes) - standard background and role-fit discussion Third, I was asked to take the PI Behavioral Assessment (12 minutes) - pretty standard for most product jobs. Fourth was the on-site interview which consisted of a panel interview with one group followed by a whiteboard exercise with a different group (2 hours). No curveball questions but the whiteboard exercise was more challenging than I anticipated despite me practicing multiple scenarios - it's hard to anticipate how mentally taxing a panel interview is and then how you'll perform in a whiteboard challenge immediately afterwards. All-in-all: Very smooth and professional process - great team, positive experience. I felt that I got a very fair opportunity and I did not execute on the final step.
