Phone call w recruiter then a interview with 2 managers and a tour with an account manager. Then another call with the recruiter. It was easy overrall and obvious they always need fresh new grads to backfill roles.
- What is a VAR? How do you manage your accounts?

I applied online. I interviewed at Softchoice
I had two rounds of Interview, one with the hiring manager then one with sales managers. Fairly smooth and straight forward process. The questions were also fair, nothing too crazy.
- What was one time you had to deal with a difficult client?

Initial call with general questions on personality. Why we'd be interested in working with the company, and background on work and study. Fairly nice process and they detailed next steps
- What made us interested in the company?

Zoom interview , very brief. This was the pre interview only, I did not get contacted for a follow up interview with this company. The recruiter was very friendly. And the interview took about 20 minutes
- What did I know about the company

Interview process was not too long. 2-3 rounds interview great environment. Basic HR questions were also asked. Would recommend to do additional research on company. Did not receive offer. Would apply again.
- What is a challenge you dealt with?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Softchoice
3 interviews total, one with recruiter, one with hiring manager and one with a panel of 3-4 managers. Really easy going people. They give you a case study to prepare with a couple of questions.
- Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Softchoice
The interviewers were nice and questions were straight forward. BUT- they let you know that they are gonna reach out and ghost you. I even reached out to the recruiter and radio silence. It’s disappointing when you take 3 hours out of your day to sit on these interviews
- What experience do you have working on a team

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Softchoice
Great process and thorough interview that provides you the ability to meet multiple team members and senior members among the department you’re applying for. You really get the full picture of the organizational culture which is helpful to evaluate.
- What experience do you have and how does it relate to the role you’re applying for?

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Softchoice
They were very thorough and had 4 rounds of interviews. HR, sales manager, future co workers, and a final round with manager. I had to prepare a lot for these interviews.
- What is your proudest accomplishment?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Softchoice
Talked with the hiring managers, very easy to get along with and knowledgeable. Just make sure you come prepared to talk about why you want the position and why you like Softchoice. Personally, it was a mismatch on location so we decided not to pursue the opportunity.
