Smooth interview process. Interviewees only touched areas I felt comfortable with not pressuring on topics they sensed I lack depth. Cultural part was very fun, pleasing to talk to their head of innovation.

Interviewed by the MD, thorough interview on sales competencies and a walk-through of the company and their plans. Second interview called in with the Technical Director, who was interested in both a Sales and Technical background for the role, how I would fit into the company and where in his team I would be positioned.
