I had worked with them in the past on a W2 contract for several years, so I knew their recruiter well. Frankly, there was no interview - just a conversation on my cell while I was driving and I was given an offer on the spot.

Interview
It was a technical round in one to many format which took around 52 mins and everything was on time as discussed and planned with HR. Got response within 2 days and then another process was taken care by HR.

It was clear I wasn't a good fit for the role, but the offered anyway. Makes one wonder about their interview procedures. (Unfortunately Glassdoor requires us to be extra wordy, so here are some extra wordies.)

Recruiter called and had 2 phone interviews followed by in person interview. Overall process was smooth but slow. They took a long time to make a decision. Finally got a offer and then joined the firm. They could have done it faster.
