I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sogeti (New York, NY)
Interview
Met them at a career fair, seemed really interested in me. I received a follow-up phone call about 3 months later asking to do an phone interview. Phone interview went well, was asked to do a technical phone interview which was just about your experience (though they said they could teach you what you didn't know). In the interview I was asked what language I would use, I said python, and was immediately asked about certain methods and features about python, which I wasn't ready for. To my surprise, they ghosted me. I even tried to follow-up with an email and left a message, but no dice.
Easy, straight to the point. asked reasonable questions about motivation ,ambitions and career goals within 5 years. explained their business mdoel, what they try to achieve, the customers they serve and types of roles consultants can fulfill with the client
Super easygoing, friendly hiring team and very straightforward with the interviewing process. Whoever interviewed me is still in touch with me and are extremally helpful. Interview process was about two weeks long.

Interview
Campus process. They required the creation of a powerpoint about myself and had me present it to two groups which included the office leadership. I didn't like the fact I had to waste my time to create a powerpoint. The interviewers were respectful and seemed decent enough.
