The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Soliant Health (Tucker, GA)
Interview
After my 2nd interview it took 3 weeks to hear back from them after a couple of follow-ups and then I received an email with a start date and they started the onboarding.
They started the Onboarding process BEFORE sending me an actual job offer and before I accepted. I had to request an offer letter with salary and benefits listed.
I wasn't going to give notice at my current job before getting a written offer.
They were not open to negotiating on salary and after seeing how the company handles recruiting, I assume normal operations are also a clownshow.
