Solytics Partners Senior Python Developer interview questions

The first round was an easy coding interview round, one hour call, one DSA, some framework, API, python questions. After clearing, HR round half hour call was scheduled. Attended it, she confirmed if I am ok with Pune location, I agreed. Next day, they informed the HR consultancy guy through which I applied that I am not ok with Pune location. If I would haven't been ok with location, why would I have applied initially? What's the use of lying? Or the HR doesn't understand simple yes? Pure time waste people, no use of talking to them, just a below average service firm it is it seems.
