Sompo Holdings interview questions

Two engineers conducted the interview, and the session lasted for almost an hour. During the conversation, they focused primarily on technical questions related to my experience and understanding of various frameworks and tools. They asked me about the frameworks I’ve worked with, the reasons behind choosing them, and how I’ve used specific tools in my past projects. The questions were mostly fundamental rather than deeply complex, aiming to understand my practical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and overall familiarity with the technologies I’ve mentioned in my background. Overall, it was a structured and engaging interview that covered both my technical experience and how I approach development in real-world scenarios.

Interviewed with a HR person. This was outsourced. Asked questions about me, what uni, why. All just to get to know me. After this I was invited to the assement day. In the morning they spoke to us about the job and company. Did the group presentation in the morning then lunch. After lunch were the interviews, one with HR, one with line manager.
