Interview
The interviewer wasn't really interested on understanding the motivation of the application. Was a very short interview, and didn’t show questions related with the CV. Had the feeling that the choice was already taken.
Phone call + interview with director + RH responsible. The interview was about past experiences and personal activities in CV relevant to the role.The next step would be a case study that I could prepare beforehand.
