Interview
The General Manager just asked me my availability, the earliest i could work and why i wanted to work at sonic and i was hired on the spot. Pretty Easy
Basically, just showed up to show I have a good personality and they asked when I could start. They asked a few questions about my personality. The interview was very short and too the point.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sonic (Lake Dallas, TX)

Fill out an application and get a job - seriously, it's that easy! They'll call you and let you know you got the job; wasn't much of an interview really.
