    Pros

    DL Rogers is the Franchise operator in my area. I did extensive research on this company. I could not find a single negative review anywhere and for good reason. Very family orientated and pro staff and absolutely pro customer. A culture of its own. You will find that you're part of something bigger. A positive impact on my view of quick serve.

    I have been working at Sonic part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Staff is extremely friendly, and I love my hiring manager.
    - Baseline pay is about $7.25
    - You do not have to pay for your uniform
    - People are very willing to help you, just ask.

    Cons

    - Communication can be difficult, especially during Happy Hour.
    - Hours are somewhat competitive
    - There are a lot of things you need to memorize, which can be slightly difficult.

    Advice to Management

    There isn't much wrong with this job honestly. The only thing I could say is updating the schedule more often would be nice, or to have some sort of online schedule instead of only being able to see it at work.

    Pros

    The team is great. Management truly seems to care about putting out a quality product, but is not overbearing or aggressive. The environment is rather laid back, and the work is fun.

    Cons

    It's a minimum wage job, and part time. Suffice to say you're not going to be making it on this job alone. You also may occasionally be forced to work without a break.

    Pros

    Really good working environment, managers really listen to you instead of boss you around. Also being a carhop combined with the tips I made minimum wage plus a few extra bucks, which at the end ended up being about 12$ the hour

    Cons

    15 minute breaks and sometimes it's super bussy being a fast food restaurant. You really have to be on your toes.

    It is a fun place to work , you get to dress up on special event days. People are really nice that you work with.

    Cons

    The communication could be better to keep everyone informed about what is going on each week to make sure that everyone is ready for the business.

    Advice to Management

    I would be great if they kept this in mind " Work to live and don't live to work". People will be more professional and have a better attitude at work if they feel valued. Recognition goes a long way.

    Good training to put you into perspective of how the service world works. You also learn a lot about icecream

    Low pay, bad hours. Sometimes demanding work for same pay and a usually hostile work place. carhops fight for tips

    The crew is excellent, like family.
    Customers are incredible.
    The food is the best.
    Great shifts for those still in school.
    50% discount and 15 minute breaks.
    Great for those who love working with a team.

    Cons

    Part Time shifts only.
    4.50 is start pay.
    The clean up can get nasty.
    Fast paced, can get hectic usually around happy hour.
    Two carhops only per shift.

    No advice is needed. They got it!
