    Pros

    DL Rogers is the Franchise operator in my area. I did extensive research on this company. I could not find a single negative review anywhere and for good reason. Very family orientated and pro staff and absolutely pro customer. A culture of its own. You will find that you're part of something bigger. A positive impact on my view of quick serve.

    Long hours. Most of the time GM has a one sided work life balance. Varing shifts and dealing with emminate crisis

    No breaks. Not a lot of communication between employees

    Health benefits, good tips, work around your schedule, not always busy.

    Cons

    I only had one downside of working at the one I did work at, my manager would yell at me when I would go to the ice maker and get buckets of ice for customers drinks.
